Steps to Follow to Get an Account On Thinkstream Exchange
- Click "Register" in the Navigation Menu (to the left.)
- Review the terms of use, and, if agreeable, click "Accept".
- Enter information required for membership. You must either be a
current owner of Thinkstream stock or have permission from Thinkstream
to register for use.
- Submit your registration. You must wait while Thinkstream
verifies your information. This may take several days. If you do not get
an email response within three business days, then contact
Kim.
- Once you have your email notification, you may log in to Thinkstream Exchange.
- Browse the offers in Open Offers and choose an offer you want.
- Click accept and follow the instructions given therein.
Steps to Follow to Execute Your Thinkstream Stock Transaction
- Contact the seller/buyer to confirm terms.
- Seller: Download the letter of instruction and Thinkstream stock power in either format.
- Seller: Fill out both forms completely, and replace all sections in brackets.
- Seller: Mails certificate(s), letter of instruction and Thinkstream stock
power documents to the buyer.
- Buyer: Receives and verifies documents.
- Buyer: Sends payment to the seller.
- Buyer: Mail certificate(s), letter of instruction and Thinkstream stock
power documents to Thinkstream.
- Thinkstream will issue new stock certificates for the buyer.
- Thinkstream will register the transaction on Thinkstream Exchange.
- The seller should retain a copy of the certificate(s), signed letter of instruction, and Thinkstream stock power documents for their personal records.
